We follow the Capabilities Maturity Model (CMMI^®) guidelines in assisting you in your process improvement project. We focus on helping you define & model your processes, make them repeatable and manageable and best of all assist in optimizing and continually improving those processes.

	At VBH, we've combined all aspects of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to include business process analysis, modeling and improvements.
	A process may not need to be completely reengineered, merely improved. These improvements require the same analysis and training as a complete process reengineering project.
	A process may need to be analyzed and improved in order use a new application or system to its fullest
	We will bring together the departments involved to completely analyze all aspects and interfaces of the process. We often use Joint Application Design (JAD) methodologies. Read about our JAD services.
	During any process changes, the people involved in the process will make the changes successful, not the technology. Change management, training, buy-in and communication are very important elements in transforming current behaviors onto the actions that will make your BPR project a success.
	We will assist you in developing a plan to communicate your process changes within your own organization, help with training and aligning the process changes to your corporate vision.
