The final requirements document may contain:

Process maps for the To-Be process

Business rules & constraints for the business processes

General requirements gap analysis

Analysis of current hardware and networks

Requirements for Data, Application Integration points

Once the types of gaps are identified, detailed project plan and requirements are developed.

The final requirements document contains:

Process maps for the To-Be process

Business rules & constraints for new process

General requirements gap analysis

Analysis of current hardware and networks

Requirements for Data, Application Integration points and migration requirements.
