Course Description 
The International  Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) has created the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) certification to help Business Analysts get the most out of their experience and demonstrate their expertise within the BA profession. This three day course will help you prepare and successfully complete the CBAP® certification.

By the end of this course, you will have a thorough understanding of The Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®) Knowledge Areas that defines the responsibilities and skills of a Business Analyst. It explains some of the industry's best practices associated with analysis and provides the knowledge to apply the basic framework for analyzing business problems as outlined by the BABOK® 2.0. Students will be required to complete homework assignments and simulated exams to enable active participation throughout this course.

This course is in compliance with BABOK® 2.0 and will help you meet the eligibility criteria of 21 hours of professional development to be eligible for the CBAP® certification.

 Students are asked to bring their copy of the BABOK® 2.0 Guide to class. Copies of the BABOK® 2.0 Guide will be available for sale during class.
