Founded in 2002 by Victoria Haney, VBH Project Consulting has been growing rapidly ever since. With their combined knowledge of Project Management and Business Analysis, VBH Project Consulting has been in a unique position to help your project succeed with our combined project knowledge We have worked in many industries, including Banking, Telecommunications, Law Enforcement, Insurance and Manufacturing. Victoria B. Haney MBA, PMP^®, CBAP^®
Vicky is Past-President of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the IIBA^®, VP of membership of the Pittsburgh PMI^® and owner of VBH Project Consulting for the past 8 years. VBH is a consulting and corporate training company specializing in Business Analysis and Project Management needs. She has managed projects for companies in manufacturing, banking, insurance, communications and law enforcement for more than twenty years. Vicky has experienced many of the pitfalls, difficulties and challenges, as well as the successes associated with high-technology business projects. Her experience, combined with her extensive knowledge about PMI’s project management standards and IIBA’s business analysis standards, gives Vicky the unique ability to combine the reality of the business world with the practical application of the theory. Vicky uses this approach in her business and project management training to help participants apply their new-found knowledge to their own projects.

An experienced speaker and facilitator, Vicky has spoken for the Pittsburgh Project Management Institute, the Project Summit/ BA World, the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance INDEX showcase and the Leukemia Society. She has developed and taught courses with ProTech, the Pittsburgh Technology Council, Federated Investors, Pittsburgh Technical Institute and many other clients. VBH is both a PMI Registered Education Provider (PMI R.E.P.) and IIBA Endorsed Education Provider (EEP).
