FLEXIBLE  TRAINING

Three levels of project management training are available:

Basic: One or two-day lecture and workshop focusing on project management basics.

Intermediate: Two or Three-day lecture with practical application sessions customized to your specific project management needs.

Advanced:  Four or five day lecture with practical application sessions customized to your needs and providing you with the tools you need to implement and use project management on a daily basis.
