Testing

This phase is focused on TESTING BY YOUR USERS to insure that the necessary functionality has been delivered according to the requirements and design.

The test plans that were defined in the requirements phase and developed in the build phase are put to use at this point.

The outcome of this phase will be the “User Acceptance” of the application

Preliminary project training also occurs at this time to insure that the planned training will be satisfactory for your user community.
